Ratio is becoming increasingly visible outside the Netherlands. A great example is the project at Village d’Affaires R24 in Charbonnières-les-Bains, near Lyon. The renovated car park of this commercial real estate complex has been equipped with Ratio io7 charging stations, enabling six electric vehicles to charge simultaneously.
The project is part of a broader renovation of Village d’Affaires R24, which belongs to Groupe J.Ricol & Associés. Over the past two years, the site has undergone extensive modernisation, including thermal insulation, renewal of the car park and improvements to the overall appearance of the location.
This also raised a question that is becoming increasingly relevant for modern office locations: how do you facilitate electric driving for tenants, employees and visitors in a way that suits a building designed with the future in mind?
For the electrification of the car park, JLP Électricité et Électronique was brought in. This specialist electrical engineering company from the Lyon region knows the local market, understands the technical requirements of the location and recognises the importance of careful implementation in projects like this.
JLP was looking for a charging solution that was not only technically robust, but also visually suited to the renovated complex.

The choice was the Ratio io7. Our charging station combines reliable technology with a clean design, smart functionality and a sustainable material basis. Exactly what is needed at a commercial location where charging infrastructure must continue to perform efficiently and reliably.
This meant the installation was not simply added to the site, but became a logical part of the wider modernisation of the car park.
Three Ratio io7 charging stations have been installed at the Village d’Affaires R24 car park. Together, they allow six electric vehicles to charge at the same time.

For Ratio, the project in Charbonnières-les-Bains is more than a strong reference. It confirms an approach we believe in: strong products, applied by professionals who understand their market.
JLP Électricité brought local expertise, electrical engineering knowledge and careful execution. Ratio supplied the charging solution: built to perform reliably and designed to last.
That combination is what makes this project valuable. Local knowledge and reliable technology reinforce one another. Not as a stand-alone export story, but as a collaboration in which each party does what it does best.
We are seeing this movement more and more often. In the Netherlands, but also beyond. The demand for smart charging infrastructure continues to grow.
Together with partners such as JLP Électricité et Électronique, we are building reliable charging solutions across Europe, step by step.
